It’s pretty obvious that this is a blatant attempt to circumvent the limits placed car tabs passed by state voters.

The reflective coating does not wear off. Take a look at your plates, they are coated with a plastic film that contains the reflective material- in order to damage that film, you’d have to damage the colors and writing on the plate as well. It’s not like a coat of paint that can wear off through handling.

Frankly, it doesn’t benefit me if my plates are reflective anyway. Cops use them to aim radar guns at- I want them the least reflective as possible. As to the other reasons they gave, they are lies. I can’t conceive of a situation where a police officer couldn’t use his headlights or flashlight to read the 2 inch tall letters on a license plate at the same or greater distance than if they were reflective. In fact, very reflective materials create a dazzle effect that actually makes the numbers harder to read.

These temp agencies are off the chain. Temp agencies use to be a good way to make money. Now, they have inexperience HR staffers or loo loo heads as recruiters.

They do not wish to pay anything for experience or education. Also, they are asking unreasonable requirements.

Actually, I was primarily doing maintenance type stuff on my laptop and downloading pics off my camera’s data card and backing up my jump drive.

I really like Entourage but not a huge fan of Robot Chicken, so while the guys are watching shows I’m not really into, I’m usually working or doing something like this.

First, Happy Birthday Alyssa! Next, I just have to say I am completely baffled that parents who would saddle their daughter (son???) with a name like Jazz, would be the ones who would have trouble with a co-ed birthday sleepover. I guess they’ve been off the drugs for more than a decade now and they’re thinking clearly.

If I had a daughter, I think I’d let boys sleepover in the front yard… if they agreed that I could sit on the porch all night with a shotgun, watching their tents.
