In keeping with the 4th of July spirit in the Pacific Northwest, local weather is having a celebration of it’s own. It has been not raining, but monsooning with booming thunder that shakes the house.
Somebody had the nerve to ask me the other day if I thought the weather would be nice on the 4th! The forecast for tomorrow is rain mixed with rain. I can’t recall a 4th where the weather has been really nice. Go figure. By the way, the weather has been sunny & warm, if not damn hot, up until last night.

How was the weather anyhow? I’m gonna bet it was sunny. I celebrated my independence by chasing a girl and asking her if she would allow me to be less independent. She said yes.
