Yoga For Your Toes?

I found this new product in a magazine while I was at the gym a couple weeks ago.  We ordered them and tried them out for the first time last night.  Supposedly they are supposed to correct a number of foot issues including bunyons, morton’s neuroma, as well as stretch and realignment the toes.  Initially you’re only supposed to wear them for 10-15 minutes, so Keven and I wore them for over an hour (an hour & a half+ for me).  They were a little awkward for me to get on because my toes have been squished together for so long.  Overall they were pretty comfortable, but you are supposed to sit while you wear them…I was walking around in mine which is like walking in flimsy pedicure sandals… a little precarious.

Wild! We have yubisokkusu here which are basically to socks as gloves are to mittens. It is thought that wearing them improves health.

People seem to feel the same way about zori, seta, and geta where your toes are holding your footwear on.
