Perfect Stranger

Matt and I couldn’t find anything else in the theatre that we wanted to see, so we settled for Perfect Stranger.  It actually had potential to be a decent movie.  It was supposed to be a murder mystery thriller, but Halle Berry, Bruce Willis and Giovanni Ribisi all over-acted through much of it and kind of killed it.  It was just blah.

Although I’ve never been a big Bruce Willis fan, I did like Halle Berry in Boomerang.  I’ve been less than thrilled with everything else she’s been in since then.  I think I’ve reached the point with her and Jennifer Aniston that if they’re in anything upcoming, I’ll pass since historically their movies tend to be mediocre.

Back to the movie, I’m not sure if it’s worth renting…I’d recommend waiting until it’s on tv.

Success!

Matt & I went to see Blades of Glory this past weekend.  Not only did we make it in time for the matinee pricing (still hardly a bargain), but we had no people wrapping presents, no noisy small children. And get this!  It was really funny too!!

How can you go wrong with that, I ask you?!!  Sometimes I’m just very grateful for the little things. Ü
